We store all data on secure, cloud-based platforms (ie.Google Workspace, Xero, Streamtime) and do not operate our own servers. Access to personal data is restricted, encrypted, and protected through multi-factor authentication.

  • We are legally required to do so

  • We are working with trusted data processors who handle the information under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements

Newsletter and update services sign up

If you have used an online form on the Allegory website to sign up for a newsletter service, you can correct, update or remove any personally identifiable information by contacting us at team@allegoryagency.co.uk. If you sign up for a subscription service, we will hold the information you have provided for as long as you require access to the service requested. If you inform us that you wish to cancel a subscription we will remove you from our mailing list and your details will be deleted from our records.
